Telephone hotline
Our hotline is operated by an experienced service employee from 8 am to 8 pm.
24-hour service
As part of our master agreement, which provides a 24-hour service, we will give you your very own hotline. We can provide support by telephone and via remote maintenance access to the process plant or, indeed, on-site support encompassing a previously agreed reaction time. This hotline is manned by our experts from the various specialist fields, who will provide you with help and support in a timely and professional manner.
Online service
With the online service (remote maintenance), our employees can access the automation systems that are installed at our customers' sites. The connection is provided by another PC, a telephone line, a local network (LAN), a data telecommunications network or a local internet service provider. Error analysis, changes to and optimisation of programs and even small start-ups are carried out directly online – which in turn cuts out travel times. As part of a maintenance agreement with RULAND, online services are covered with a defined number of online hours. We also offer annual online service agreements with standard online maintenance. This variant includes, among other things, a detailed system analysis for the connected automation systems with programme comparisons, data back-up and written documentation regarding the actual status.
